Can You Guess Where Pain Comes From?
(hint: it may NOT be your joints)

Yesterday, I showed you how prescription drugs and surgery may not be the best solutions for pain.

Today, I want to reveal the shocking reason why…

Is it possible that pain… may NOT actually come from your joints?

I know, it sounds hard to believe. Let me explain…

This is a picture of the hip joint:

Think you can guess where the pain comes from?

If you’re like most of my patients, you’re probably pointing to the cartilage or bones inside the hip.

If you’re especially savvy, maybe you pointed to the tendons or the fluid between the bones.

But here’s the thing:

Pain may actually start OUTSIDE of your joints.

Now do you think you can guess what it is?

I won’t keep you waiting any longer…

I’m talking about your muscles.

Yes, even if you think you’re FEELING pain inside of your joints, the truth is…

It all starts with the muscles around your joints.

Surprised? I was too…

But when you hear the science, it starts to make perfect sense.

You see, every one of your joints is surrounded by muscles.

Muscles stabilize your joints and allow for full range of motion.

But when those muscles tighten, they restrict our range of motion – making it hard to move like we used to.

It could be due to an old injury…

Overworking your joints doing yardwork…

Or simple aging.

See, as we get older, our muscles naturally tighten.

This restricts movement in and around our joints…

…almost like they’ve been locked into place…

…to the point where it hurts to move the same ways you used to.

It sounds complicated, but I explain it to my patients like this…

Imagine a rubber band.

It’s easy to stretch and flexible.

That’s what young muscles are like – muscles without tension.

Now imagine tying a knot in the middle of the rubber band.

Suddenly, the rubber band doesn’t stretch as much as it used to.

It has decreased flexibility… less range of motion…

And, when it comes to your muscles, it results in PAIN.

That’s why I developed the simple “at home” system to CURE my own pain…

And it’s why I’m going to share this exact system with you in a free webinar on Tuesday, August 24th.

Mark your calendar for 1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, August 24th. And make sure you’re there right at the beginning of the webinar.

Space is limited and I don’t want you to miss this information.

See you at 1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, August 24th.
